Most Kindle Paperwhite owners are not aware of the fact that there are so many things that they can do on the device to improve the reading experience. The font type on the device, as an example, can be changed, along with the screen orientation. Another thing that you are able to do on your Paperwhite is change the line spacing. This is of importance, particularly for those that have reading problems. Anyway, if you are not comfortable with the default spacing between lines on your Kindle Paperwhite, the good news is that you can change it to one that’s you are a bit more comfortable with. So, how do you change line spacing on a Kindle Paperwhite?

Available spacing options on the Kindle
The Kindle Paperwhite provides you with three available spacing options. The first brings the lines of text on your screen very close to one another. I suppose, this is the mode that is going to be least comfortable to most people. The next mode is the default spacing mode for the Paperwhite. This is the one that I use on my device. And it’s also likely to be the one that you are using on yours. The last mode brings the lines on your screen the furthest apart. If you have problems with your eyes, this is probably going to be the mode that you are most comfortable with. Personally, I will stick to the default line spacing.
